Chibi Robo producer goes solo, working on LOL DS

Kenichi Nishi, the producer of Chibi Robo, left Skip recently to setup his own company, Route24, and on his blog he announced the name of the game he's working on. LOL DS!

LOL on the Dreamcast was one of my favourite games ever, but it looks like the relationship is in name only. LOL on the DC stood for Lack Of Love, but Nishi notes that LOL also stands for laughing out loud, and he's looking at making a party game that's fun for 4-8 people.

I dunno, sometimes the stuff he posts is to be taken with a pinch of salt, and I can't imagine him working on a non-adventure game, but there you go. It sounds like he'll also be working on Rev in the future from his replies to comments.
