We are delighted to welcome Gianni Vio to the Club as a member of Antonio Conte's coaching staff.

Gianni, 69, takes the role of Set Pieces Coach and joins us with immediate effect from the Italy national team, where he has worked since September, 2020.

Initially working alongside former Italy and Inter goalkeeper Walter Zenga at Al Nassr in Dubai and Catania in Serie A in 2007 and 2008, Gianni had roles at Fiorentina, AC Milan, Palermo, DC United, Brentford and Leeds before linking up with Roberto Mancini and the Azzurri.

Official, confirmed. Tottenham sign Djed Spence on permanent deal from Middlesbrough for £12.5m fee plus £7.5m add-ons, long term contract has been signed.

Spence, who joined Middlesbrough from Fulham's academy in 2018, scored three goals in 46 games in all competitions for Forest.

He was named in the EFL Championship Team of the Season and the PFA Championship Team of the Year, having won a string of individual honours, including Championship player of the month and goal of the month for March.

Spence, sixth signing of the summer for Fabio Paratici and Antonio Conte.
