係咪可以係http://www.no-ip.com度set假ip架?
但係我唔係太識set,set完都唔得既!!
麻煩各位高人指點

Firstly, after manually update the IP address in no-ip.com webpage, you need to wait for 5 minutes.

Also, if your computer is behind router, I think there will have NO problem updating with the no-ip.com software (Dynamic DNS update client).

But you should set "port forwarding" inside the router to forward the exact port to the destination computer.

For example, you should forward port "21" to computer "b" which is setting up a FTP server.
