Fable 3?


Peter Molyneux from LionHead studios may be revealing Fable III or some other secret game at the GDC later this month. May be its not true but at the BAFTA awards ceremony he sed that those interested willl want to pay close attention to what he does and says at GDC.

“Naming a particular game before it’s out is a difficult thing. And I’ll tell you why, because in two weeks I’m about to fly out to America for the Gamers’ Development Conference and that’s the time when you start to see what’s really coming up,” said Molyneux to the BBC.

Maybe its not true and its something else but whatever it is, it must be big.

If it is indeed fable 3 then 360 owners will be in for quite a suprise.

Champion Road

You cannot use any default wrestlers or pre-made edits.
You have to start with a new character that has limited edit points.
Edit points, moves, and ring attire are collected by earning points in matches.
Points are earned based on audience ranking and other factors.
Your starting location also determines your available choices.
Advancing in Champion Road earns tokens that can be spent at the Card Shop.

One Night Match

All exhibition match options are available through One Night Match.

Hearsay: Wii Fit Plus Dated in Europe?

If Nintendo's exergaming success hacks you off, might want to stop here. A screen shot from a game shop out in Amsterdam says "Wii Fit Plus" is on the way mid-November.

Perhaps more importantly, the Wii Motion Plus controller, and a Wii Sports 2 Resort, bundled with the controller, have drop dates of July 10.

Front Mission Evolvedという謎のタイトルが商標登録されていたと昨日お伝えしましたが、新たにスクウェア・エニックスの別のタイトルが、米国特許商標局に登録されているのが見つかったそうです。

Siliconeraの情報によると、今回見つかったのはVanguard Stormという登録名。過去のスクウェア・エニックス作品との関連性は全くないと思われますが、先日PlayStation: The Official Magazineに掲載されていた未発表新作アクションゲームのことかもしれない、などと海外では噂されています。

Lionhead showing new IP at E3?

According to the Twitter feed of Swansea Metropolitan University student Adam Payne, Lionhead animation director Andrew Lindsay confirmed that his studio was at work on an all-new intellectual property and that the first details on the project would arrive as part of this year's Electronic Entertainment Expo in June.

Sources familiar with the project have indicated that Australian-based Krome Studios is hard at work on developing Star Wars The Clone Wars: Republic Heroes, a third-person action title for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

Details on the game is scarce, but we're told Republic Heroes will feature a two-player cooperative mode, with both "Jedi" and "Clone" story missions. Players are said to play as Anakin Skywalker or Jedi Padawan Ahsoka Tano in a Jedi mode, and (at the very least) bounty hunter Cad Bane in the Clone missions. The game will have a focus on melee combat, complete with upgrades that can be purchased throughout the game. The ability to control droids, such as the rolling Droideka, was also mentioned by our tipster.

All they'll tell us is that this new game is based on one of their existing IPs, so a little research narrows the candidates considerably. Mechs? A futuristic city? Well at the risk of being taken out by the Sueenix lawyer ninjas, we'd have to guess that the mystery title rhymes with "Brunt Fission." If this ends up being true, then can we expect more of the tactical brand of role- playing strategy that the mech series is well known for? Of do the creators have something different in mind for the shooting loving xbox crowd?
Apparently, all will be revealed at E3 in June. Check back next issue and we'll have all the answers.

タイトルこそハッキリとはしていませんが、日本一ソフトが5月7日に新作RPGをPS3で発表するらしい。

5月7日に新しいRPGを発表すると告知していてプラットフォームはPS3．
まったくの新作の発表かPhantom Brave（ファントム・ブレイブ）ではないかと予想。

との事ですが、何故日本を飛び越えて北米でこの情報が出てきたのかは不明。
5月の発表と言うことは、今年〜2010年頭ぐらいの発売も考えられるので、その辺も気になります。

あとは、魔界ウォーズ（仮）が音沙汰がないので
こちらの発表も早くお願いしたいですね。
PS3はそういう音沙汰のないタイトル、まだまだ結構残ってるからねー・・・。

NIS America has revealed to RPGamer that the company will be holding an event in San Francisco on May 7 to show off its upcoming releases. Called the "Holy Drunken Shenanigans, Badman!" event, NIS hints at some new announcements, as well as special guests from Japan.

NIS America also confirmed with us that the company will be showing off a currently unannounced PlayStation 3 RPG at the event. RPGamer will have an interview available regarding this game shortly after the event.

Besides the unannounced title, it can be assumed that Phantom Brave: We Meet Again and possibly even the already confirmed Mana Khemia 2 will show up at the event. At previous events, in past years, NIS America revealed Blade Dancer and Dragoneer's Aria.

First Forza 3 official glimpse

Microsoft's worst kept secret, Forza Motorsport 3, has been semi-officially revealed during a briefing at its Brazilian headquarters in Sao Paulo.

As you can see from the video below, a partially covered logo that's unmistakably Forza appears in the platform holder's line-up for 2009. You can see it about 6:58 in the video.



The third instalment in the Turn 10 racing series is far from a secret though, as details on the game were leaked last summer, followed by yet another leak earlier this year with artwork from the game.

According to the smuggled details Forza 3 will include over 100 tracks and 400 cars on a two-disc set. We'll almost definitely see more at E3 in June. If we don't, we'll eat the office.

Pikmin 3 being revealed in next month’s Edge?

Issue 202 of Edge magazine arrived in subscribers’ hands this morning, and there seems to be a Pikmin-shaped surprise waiting at the end of it.

As spotted by WiiWii.TV, Issue 202’s Next Month page seems to suggest that a new Pikmin title will be revealed in the next issue. Can’t quite see it? Look a little closer. Hidden amongst the grass on the top right-hand side of the page is a small purple blob that looks remarkably like a Pikmin.

Shigeru Miyamoto quietly revealed that a new Pikmin title was in production during a Q&A session at last year’s E3, but nothing has been seen of the game so far.

Could all be revealed in next month’s Edge, or are we getting excited over a small splash of colour for nothing?

Call of Duty: World at War senior producer Noah Heller is supposedly on board, which if it proves to be true, it’s a Treyarch game.

No details are give in the applications, although GameGuru suggests that this could be the psychological horror game Cliff Bleszinski was rumored to be working on back in November of last year.

Also mentioned was the undisclosed title that Painkiller developers People Can Fly are working on, which as you all know, the firm had a majority stake purchased in it by Epic back in 2007.
