不過應該將香港既最根本問題帶返上水面
原本聯合國2908號決議案本要香港&澳門儘快自決獨立，但起中國同非洲國家 (譚德塞 ver.1972) 支持下變成將香港&澳門剔出殖民地名單，無需討論。
