25日發售的《Resident Evil 2》將會於冬季發佈免費追加DLC「幽靈生還者」。拉昆市事件出現了眾多犧牲者，如果事件走向稍微有點變化，也許有些人就能夠逃離死亡的命運。這個特別模式將會講述3名於本篇中死亡的角色的生還故事。
