其中對於兒童色情（Child pornography）的定義提到:


It includes, inter alia: visual material such as photographs, movies, drawings
and cartoons; audio representations; any digital media representation;
live performances; written materials in print or online

大意上就是包括電影、畫、卡通(動畫)，這種二次元都列入範圍

裡面進一步提到

represents any person appearing to be a child engaged in real or simulated
sexually explicit conduct and realistic and/or virtual depictions of a child
engaged in sexually explicit conduct.

大意就是只要看起來像個(appearing)小孩就被列入
