Bladestorm Invades PS3 Next Year
New details emerge about Koei's Hundred Years' War.

November 1, 2006 - Koei has made its name with historical action epics. Bladestorm: The Hundred Years' War continues the Dynasty Warriors tradition, this time bringing the 14th century French conflict to life exclusively on PS3. Today, Koei released new details on the title.

As the English and French battle in the famed Hundred Years' War, gamers take control of a mercenary army able to choose which side to assist. You'll need to manage resources to recruit special units including soldiers of fortune, elephant units and castle siege specialists. There are plenty of other units to consider when assembly your pricate army. Spearmen and Longspear men with shields are effective at intercepting cavalry. Pike Men can strike at a wide area. Armored Axe-Men are very valuable, with impressive offensive and defensive capabilities. Longbow-Men are perfect for long ranged strikes and Archers can mount horses to become part of the cavalry unit.

Each stage also includes more than 20 different types of strongholds, including castles, ruins and churches.

Developed by Omega Force, Bladestorm also features a cast of historical legends. Expect to meet Joan of Arc and Prince Edward, the Black Prince, among others. Koei has yet to announce a release date, but we expect Bladestorm: Hundred Years' War to be released in the first half of 2007.

　　由 KOEI ω-Force 團隊製作，以英法百年戰爭為題材的 PS3 部隊動作遊戲《長劍風暴：百年戰爭（Bladestorm: The Hundred Years War）》，現公布了一系列遊戲畫面，供玩家欣賞。

　　《長劍風暴：百年戰爭》是款以橫跨 14、15 世紀的英法百年戰爭為題材的部隊動作遊戲，遊戲中玩家將以傭兵隊長的立場，投入各式各樣的戰役之中，在戰場上指揮多樣化的部隊進行佈陣與作戰。

　　玩家可自由選擇投入英國或法國陣營，率領包括步兵、弓兵、騎兵、象兵、砲兵、攻城兵...等多樣化的部隊進行作戰，並可透過武器防具以及戰鬥中所獲得的技能點數來強化部隊能力，引領自軍獲得勝利。各戰場上都會具備眾多據點，玩家將必須即時切換所率領的部隊來攻陷這些據點，取得優勢。

　　遊戲中將收錄與父王聯手大勝法軍的英國黑太子愛德華，以及法國傳奇民族英雄聖女貞德等眾多英法百年戰爭中的傳奇人物，玩家將與這些傳奇人物並肩作戰或者是相互敵對，體驗豐富的故事劇情。

　　PS3《長劍風暴：百年戰爭》發售日與售價未定，尚待後續公布。

　　由 KOEI ω-Force 團隊製作，以英法百年戰爭為題材的 PS3 部隊動作遊戲《長劍風暴：百年戰爭（Bladestorm: The Hundred Years War）》，現公布了戰鬥行動的資訊與 PS3 版的遊戲畫面，供玩家參考。

　　《長劍風暴：百年戰爭》是款以橫跨 14、15 世紀的英法百年戰爭為題材的部隊動作遊戲，遊戲中玩家將以傭兵隊長的立場，投入各式各樣的戰役之中，在戰場上指揮多樣化的部隊進行佈陣與作戰。

　　本次所公布的，是部隊在戰場上所能進行的各種行動的資訊與畫面，主要行動有以下 5 種：

 變更部隊

　　我方部隊的部隊長上會顯示代表兵科的標誌。

　　當玩家接近該部隊長的時候，兵科標誌會閃爍，在此狀態按下╳鈕的話，玩家即可操控該部隊。

 普通攻擊

　　通用類攻擊方法，沒有使用條件和持續時間的限制。

　　在普通攻擊中，操控部隊的頭上標誌會變成橘色。

 部隊動作

　　各兵科所設定的特殊攻擊，分別設定在□△○等按鈕上。

　　可比普通攻擊發揮更大的效果，各項動作都設定有效果持續時間，以及下次使用的時間間隔。

 使用戰旗

　　在戰鬥中可以使用「戰旗」這個道具。

　　戰旗道具有很多種不同的數量，具有挑撥、誘惑等各式各樣不同的效果。

 呼叫部隊

　　玩家可以在任何地方、時間，呼叫自己在戰鬥前所雇用的部隊出來。

　　《長劍風暴：百年戰爭》預定 2007 年 3 月推出 PS3 版，春季推出 Xbox 360 版，售價未定。
