　　日本遊戲業巨人Namco Bandai Games日前宣佈，公司正在製作一款根據熱門同名電影改編的遊戲《速度與激情》。據悉，這款遊戲是以環球電影公司即將推出的電影《速度與激情：東京漂移》為藍本改編而成的，遊戲預計於今年夏天登陸PS2和PSP平台。這也是這部電影首次被改編成遊戲並登陸家用機。

　　Namco Bandai Games美國分社市場部主管Jeff Lujan表示：「Namco Bandai很高興能把這樣一部優秀的電影搬上遊戲平台。地下彪車世界一直是遊戲業所鍾愛的主題，而且也有許多以此為題材的遊戲作品。而我們為玩家帶來的《速度與激情》將完美再現前所未有的完美漂移技巧，無窮無盡的玩家個性化設計以及無與倫比的頂級賽車，我們將提供賽車愛好者所需要的一切。」

　　環球電影公司互動娛樂副總裁Bill Kispert對與Namco Bandai的合作也表示滿意，他說：「Namco Bandai在競速類遊戲的開發領域有著豐富的經驗，我們對這款遊戲寄予厚望，希望它能帶給玩家不負《速度與盡情》這部偉大電影名字的精彩遊戲體驗。」

　　目前，有關這款遊戲的部分詳細情況已經被公開，其中最引人注目的是Namco Bandai公佈的將在遊戲中首創「完全真實」的漂移模式系統。另外，根據不同層次玩家的需要，遊戲還提供了各種輔助系統以提高遊戲性，新老玩家都可以各得其所。此外，遊戲中還提供了超過100種專業輪胎、來自全球知名廠商的500種汽車零部件。遊戲的PS2版將支持1-4人的網絡對戰功能，但PSP版的相關功能現在還沒有公開。另外，Namco Bandai將在5月的E3遊戲展上提供這款遊戲的試玩。
