We’ve been working on Xbox One for a long time, even considered a Windows 8 app last year, but we could’nt because of the lack of proper APIs. The work on the Xbox One UWP port started in February, and it’s been a pleasure to follow the SDK updates.

Build from source

Check out our repo and try it yourself on your Xbox One starting next week. It’s still far from perfect but we have several pieces of code not merged yet in the master branch.

係XBOX 360隻GRID 2好少少…但如果要送實車GAME比較希望送XBOX ONE果邊的,

Following our blockbuster April lineup, Games with Gold keeps going strong in May with four entertaining new games. As with last month, Xbox One will get two dedicated titles, and two Xbox 360 titles, as well, through Xbox One Backward Compatibility, for a total of four completely free titles thanks to Games with Gold.

May brings Defense Grid 2, a tower defense gem from the folks at Hidden Path Entertainment & 505 Games – followed by the quirky and endlessly charming, Costume Quest 2 from Double Fine Productions and Majesco. On the Xbox 360, Xbox Live Gold members start the month with Codemasters’ high-speed dynamic racer GRID 2, followed by EA’s ever-popular puzzle classic: Peggle.

有人買佢會贏…?
(個人覺得MS自家包括手機/PC等多個部門都分別內部權鬥緊,好多產品的銷售策略都怪怪地)

好彩呢個世代我一早決定咗唔會做開荒牛無即出即買XBOX ONE主機,
唔係我會覺得中伏,你睇NEW KINECT宜家有咩下場,
無專用GAME,無特別會用得上佢的功能…(最實用係SCAN QR CODE及TWITCH直播出樣,方便成為網絡紅人?)

但一開始要強制同梱發售,結果成本問題,連主機機能都要削減…
宜家問題就嚟15、16年推出的跨平台作品明顯同PS4有落差,
拎走咗NEW KINECT之後,個機價又無太大的減價空間。

之前幾年E3宣傳的嘢又慢慢自己放棄晒…
例如NEW KINECT、GAME+TV劇的模式、更多F2P GAME比金會員玩(Fable Legends大量宣傳連BETA都出埋先嚟放棄…)

慶幸係XBOX ONE獨佔及限時獨佔GAME方面真係算做得幾好,
我自己14年尾買機淨係玩獨佔加金會員送的GAME都已經夠忙無乜冷場~!

暫時最唔滿意係香港XBOX金會員16年宣佈加價,
唔係話唔加得價,但佢近年XBOX LIVE個穩定度真係比XBOX 360時代差咗(雖然成日話係HACKER攻擊…)
同埋真係唔明點解要把XBOX 360時代好評的東西推倒重來,之後又要死死氣慢慢更新去完善返。

至於WiiU…我覺得佢係香港無行貨,又無網絡支援的情況下,
我唔會咁熱心越洋送錢比佢洗…而且最想玩果隻ZELDA到宜家話出新機NX都未出到…
希望下代真係搞好D個大中華等香港玩家多個選擇啦~!

咁怪的,香港官網公佈的5月下旬金會員免費遊戲,
到目前呢下一刻仍然係XBOX 360送Peggle,
XBOX ONE送Costume Quest 2,但Costume Quest 2係香港賣場根本無上架…(雖然你可以係主機轉美國地區拎到)
反而係無特別公佈會改變的情況下,同台灣、日本果邊一樣轉咗另一款遊戲SlashDash做5月GwG(最少我經香港官網直接就拎咗先~!)

其實買咗XBOX ONE的都應該唔會因為出加強版再買一次,除非壞咗機要換就換最新版。

同樣PS4.5都應該只係用嚟吸引返未買PS4的玩家,
我諗兩邊如果同時都出加強版主機的情況下,
個市場應該同宜家都係差唔多,唔會一下子扭轉個局面。

除非佢有一樣新產品可以好似當年XBOX 360 KINECT咁開拓新客源同時又延長原有果部主機的壽命。

其實宜家手機、平板、電腦、XBOX都WIN 10化的情況下,
好似都仲未有D殺食的新功能善用呢個優勢,最多係多咗堆UWP APPS…

如果有一日可以WIN 10裝置上直接玩返XBOX 360及XBLA果個遊戲庫入埋遊戲就好~!(因為XBOX 360時代真係燒咗唔少錢落去…)
