How can I Download a file that has 純日文? (Winmx)

I am using Ewin98.

I find エスカレイヤー 第一話　DDダイナモチャージ完了！from winmx
but everytime when I press download it cannot create the batch file becaues WinMx(or Ewin98) can't 確認 the 純日文 character's file name. Is there any way 解決方法? I don't want to install Jwin98 and I don't want to buy that from 老反.

你一定要用cwin98 & ewin98 就沒辦法了!!
用Win2000 還有辦法解決!!
