Campaign: demolish 50 houses
To have it count as demolishing a house, you must shoot out the surrounding walls with explosives(i.e. grenade launchers/rocket launchers/etc). Then the building will make a noise as if massive amounts of metal were bending. And the roof will collapse onto the ground. This counts as a building being "Demolished." You do not have to cause the buildings to collapse. If they collapse while your running through your mission. It will count towards this achievements.
* By some chance that you don't get this on your first play-through. Load up the level "Heavy Metal" and use the UAV to destroy the buildings around the enemies. Rinse and Repeat until you have this unlocked.

Online: roadkill an enemy with any helicopter
An easy way to get this achievement is by finding yourself a UAV station while playing online. Fly up high until you find yourself some lonely group of troops/sniper. Once you find yourself some enemies. Fly down low and let the blades hit your enemy. Should be a instant kill. Many enemies don't expect a helicopter inside of a building either.
Another alternate little harder way to take control of a full sized helicopter and just crash/fly low into an enemy.

Online: knife 5 friends
To obtain this achievement, you have to knife 5 people on your friends list. It can be the same person the 5 times. The easiest game type I found to get this on is Rush. Sneak up somewhere so that you are out of enemies sight.(Try your best) Have your buddy keep running up to you. You can also have another friend be a medic. And keep reviving the knifed teammate until you unlock your achievement.

Demolish kills are when a building collapses on someone and kills them. To know it counted as a demolish kill. It will say "Demolish 2.0" as the weapon. Just like the campaign for demolishing houses. There just must be enemies inside of the house/building. This may be the most time consuming achievement in the multiplayer since it is so rare to find a building that can collapse and getting it to collapse on a enemy. A easier way is to call in mortar strikes on objectives in the "Rush" game mode. There are bound to be enemies inside and it will weakin the building and possibly cause it to collapse.
How To Boost "Demoltion Man" & "Et Tu, Brute?"

"Demolition Man" is quite easily the most difficult trophy in the game. However; it's also somewhat easy to boost if you know what you're doing. (This room selection method ALSO works for "Et Tu, Brute", and you can boost that at the same time if you need it) Here's the process:
1.) Join up in a text chat with whoever you are boosting with. You'll be doing a lot of communicating.
2.) Join into a match of "Squad Deathmatch" on either Arica Harbor, or White Pass by yourself. Those two maps have the most abundant amount of buildings by far in the SDM playlist.
3.) Once you find a game where your squad is full (4/4 players), invite the person(s) you are boosting with to the game. They will automatically be placed into the enemy teams.
4.) Have everyone select the ASSAULT CLASS, and wield shotguns. By doing this you'll be able to resupply your C4, and not have to continuously suicide/die. Also have your boost partner(s) wield pistols, that will make it slightly easier to tell who is friendly and who is not. Also if you constantly are jumping you'll know who NOT to shoot, and vise versa. If you have upgraded explosives ammo and/or damage, select it in your spec because it will make this a hell of a lot easier.
5.) Find a smaller sized building (until you run out of them), and have your boost partner(s) navigate their way there. The best way to navigate is to press http://www.ps3trophies.org/forum/images/smilies/StartButton.pngand simply say where you are. I suggest doing buildings in the corners, so you can say "Bottom left corner, small orange house", and then work your way out from that waypoint.
6.) In order to drop the building you will have to drop all of the bottom floor walls. Place C4 on all of the interior walls, because it will do more damage when it detonates. Some buildings are unique and you have to do mild damage to the upper floors, as well as taking out all of the bottom floors. Those are few and far between but just be prepared for them.
7.) Make sure your boost partner is near enough to run into the building before it collapses, but far enough away so that the initial blast won't kill either of you.
8.) If the building doesn't collapse and you're out of ammo, have you and your boost partner(s) hide somewhere far out of view until you can replenish your C4 to full with a supply crate.
9.) Repeat above steps until you are no longer able to collapse the building on your boost partner without getting the "You committed suicide" message. After you get that it means you need to go to another room/map, because you won't be able to collapse anymore buildings on them. This should happen after 4 or 5.
I boosted this with a buddy and we both got it in no time. By far the hardest part of this is finding the right building, and getting the boost partner there safely. I can't even begin to tell you howmany times one of us would be there with the building prepared to collapse, and then one or both of us die to a random lame ass sniper, our partners squadmate spawning on them, etc.

Online: destroy an enemy helicopter with a stationary RPG
Stationary RPG's are used the same was as a turret would be except they have a laser guided system. Find yourself one while there is a helicopter flying around.(Tripod with missile launcher on top) It has to be a little lower to the ground since these launchers can't aim very high. Shoot the rocket and keep the red square target over the enemy helicopter. It may take more then one shot. So if you find yourself a UAV you can hit. You are in luck.

Online: do 10 resupplies, repairs, heals, revives and motion mine spot assists
* Assault kit: (Resupply) Has a ammo box to resupply your teammates. You will recieve points for when a teammates uses your ammo box to get ammo.
* Engineer kit: (Repair) This kit has the repair tool to fix vehicles. A repair is as you are repair a vehicle. It will give you points for repairing the vehicle every couple of seconds. Each time it gives you points this counts as a "repair"
* Medic kit: (Heals and Revives) The medic kit gives you a box that over time gives your teammates health back. Every time it gives you points it counts as "healing" someone. To revive someone you pull out the defibrillator(chest panels) near a dead teammate. And shock them. This will bring them back to life and give your team one life token back.
* Recon kit: (motion mine) A motion mine is just as it says. You place them on the ground and whenever an enemy or vehicle passes by. Your entire team will see them on their HUD. To get a motion mine assists. An enemy passes by the mine. Then a teammate kills that specific enemy. "Motion mine assist" will pop up. And it will count each kill towards your achievement.
